The main message that I take away from this is that we are really the only ones who limit ourselves. Our minds are powerful tools and can so often be what trips us up and stops us from achieving our dreams. As soon as you tell yourself you can’t do it, or you give yourself a reason for not doing it; I’m not fit enough for that marathon, or I’m not talented enough to be an artist, you’re putting a limit on yourself and you will never achieve those goals.
Switch your thinking over and use positive affirmations. However you achieve this, whether meditations, saying it over and over again, or maybe having post-it notes all over the house, whatever works for you. These positive affirmations will help rewire your brain and remove those limitations so that you can succeed.
