A new year seems to inspire a lot of people to create resolutions for the year and make positive changes in their lives. And I definitely commend them for taking the first step in trying to make their life a better one.

But one thing I feel it’s important to remember is that you don’t need to wait until the new year, or even the old “I’ll start eating healthy again on Monday” spiel we give ourselves. There’s no time like the present to start making better choices for yourself and to begin working towards those goals.
